Before founding Elite Laterals, LLC, Elina was a Global Managing Director for five years at a top NY-based recruiting agency where she was one of the firm’s most successful recruiters; having placed scores of elite partners and groups at Top Am Law 100 firms. Elina was chosen by two Top Am Law 100 firms to spearhead the addition of top tier partners and groups in Moscow to help client firms gain immediate momentum and cachet in the new markets. Elina’s partner and group placements have received international recognition in legal publications, leading to exclusive searches and candidate referrals. She is a “go to” recruiter in New York, Washington D.C., California, Houston, Moscow, and London. Elina earned her J.D. in 2005 from Rutgers Law School at Newark where she was the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Race and Law Journal, in which she also published an article about Russian politics and lack of “rule of law.” Elina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy, With Distinction, from Fordham University in 2000. Prior to law school, Elina worked at many top AMLAWL 100 firms such as Shearman & Sterling, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, and Hughes Hubbard & Reed in N.Y. After graduating from law school, Elina served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Karen M. Cassidy, P.J.F.D., Superior Court of N.J. and practiced at Sills Cummis & Gross as a litigation and products liability attorney in New Jersey. While at Sills, Elina published an article in the NJ Law Journal (2007) – The New Labeling Law: FDA’s Authority to Regulate Label Changes and What It Means to the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Lauren Fishman, Esq.

Lauren Fishman, a Senior Legal Recruiter, received her J.D., cum laude, from NYU School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Duke University. Prior to joining Elite Laterals, Lauren was the Attorney Recruiting Manager for the New York and Boston offices of Cooley LLP. Lauren began her career as a litigation associate at Cooley LLP, focusing on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. Lauren has the insight of a legal insider and is able to use her knowledge and contacts with top management to successfully place partners at AmLaw 100 firms. She will tirelessly advocate for her clients in order for them to pursue their objectives.
Lauren is the mother of 3 children and with any spare time she can find, she enjoys playing tennis, reading, and spending time with friends.

Renee Daly, a Senior Legal Recruiter, specializes in partner and group placement. Ms. Daly received her J.D. from New York Law School and a Bachelor of The Arts from NYU. Prior to law school, her work experience included Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP. In addition to spending time with her family, Ms. Daly enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, kayaking, gardening and curling up with a good book.
Erynn Miller, a Legal Recruiter at Elite Laterals, received a BA in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell ILR. Prior to joining Elite Laterals, Erynn spent over 5 years working as an in-house corporate recruiter at the NBA and Coach, Inc. Having both in-house and agency experience, Erynn uses her interpersonal skills and wide networking base to make successful partner placements.
Nicholas Alioto, a legal recruiter with Elite Laterals, received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. Before joining Elite Laterals, Nick was a senior associate in the New York office of Winston & Strawn LLP, where he spent the first six and a half years of his legal career practicing complex commercial litigation at both the state and federal level in various types of matters, including products liability, FDA labeling actions, class action defense, securities and M&A litigation, and judgment enforcement.
Prior to starting his legal career, Nick obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. After graduation, he served for more than seven years in the U.S. Army as an aviation officer and AH-64D Apache Longbow helicopter pilot. During that time, he spent two years in Iraq and attained the rank of Captain.
In both his military and legal careers, Nick always put his full effort into every task he was given, and he brings that same level of drive and dedication to helping his clients achieve their goals.
